Managing Pages

Open ⋮ menu → Page Thumbnails for a grid of every page with live previews. Tap any page to jump to it in the edit screen. Pages with cues carry a red border and dot, and bookmarked pages show an amber bookmark ribbon in their corner.

Selecting pages

Long-press a thumbnail (or use the selection button) to enter selection mode, then tap pages to add them to the selection. Select all is in the app bar. With pages selected you can:

• Duplicate — copies each selected page (image and all mark-up), inserting each copy right after its original. Works on any number of pages at once.
• Delete — permanently removes the selected pages and renumbers the rest. This cannot be undone, so consider exporting the show first.
• Add blank page after — with one page selected, inserts an empty page after it (for inserts, notes pages, or rewrites).

Reordering

Enter reorder mode, then long-press and drag a thumbnail onto a new position. Cues, directions, drawings, and bookmarks all travel with their page.

Splitting a show

Split mode divides a show in two at a chosen page — for example to break a full script into Act 1 and Act 2 prompt books.

Adding pages from elsewhere

The thumbnails screen can also append pages from a PDF or from the document scanner (camera), letting you graft rehearsal notes or revised scenes into an existing show.
