Settings

Open settings from the gear icon in the edit screen app bar. Settings are per show.

Preferred stage terminology

Controls the labels used by the direction panel’s position grid and abbreviations:

• Prompt Side / Opposite Prompt (PS / OP)
• Stage Left / Stage Right (SL / SR)

Cue & Direction placement

Chooses which page edge each element type snaps to:

• Cues Left, Directions Right (default)
• Cues Right, Directions Left

Boxes align to the page-image edge on whichever side they’re given, with their connecting lines reaching back to the anchor point in the text. The setting always has a value, so placement is predictable from the first cue.
