Styles

Styles keep your prompt book consistent. They’re per-show and travel with exports. Open the Styles screen from the Tools category in the left panel (or from a panel’s Edit shortcut).

Style types

  • Text styles — font size and weight presets used by cues, directions, text notes, and timestamps. Each cue category can point at its own text style; stage directions have a show-wide default.
  • Shape styles — fill colour, border, opacity, and corner radius presets for the Shape tool.
  • Highlight styles — colour, width, and opacity presets for the highlighter.
  • Line styles — colour, width, dash pattern, and end cap (plain or arrow) presets used by the Line tool and the Pen panel’s line presets.

Editing a style updates everything that references it.

Cue categories

Cue categories (LX, SFX, VID, FLYS, PYRO, AV by default) are also managed here: rename them, change their colours, or link each to a text style.

Per-element style

Individual elements can override their look. Double-tap an element for its properties panel: font size, colours, and the connecting line section (line on/off, opacity slider, straight or curved). Directions default to faint straight lines; cues to solid curved ones.
